Q: How can I book a service?
A: You can contact us to book a service any time
of the day by using email (info@aats.nl) or

Q: How long will the driver wait for us to
clear customs?
A: The driver will normally wait for 60 minutes
after the arrival time of the flight.
Q: How do we find the driver after our flight
arrival?
A: Our drivers will meet their passengers at the
meeting point unless other arrangements
were made.
Q: How are we able to recognize our driver?
A: Drivers will hold a sign with the passenger
name written on and help with baggage.
Q: What will we do if we can not find our driver?
A: The airport can be VERY crowded at times, therefore
if you cannot see your driver please call, on

Q: What happens if the flight is delayed?
A: All flight arrival times are checked with the
airline. Should you arrive early or late (no matter
how late!) there will still be a driver to meet
you at no extra charge.
Q: What methods of payment do you accept?
A: We accept all major Credit Card payments and
cash payments.
Q: How long is the trip between the airport
& Amsterdam?
A: The total trip time between airport terminal
& Amsterdam takes from 25-40 minutes depending
on time of day and traffic conditions.
Q: What happens if I need to make a cancellation
or amendment?
A: You can make any cancellation or amendment
without costs by calling us in time. |
